The church on Old Sticklepath Hill is an orange brick building with a tower which has been likened to
a Fire Station! Our postcode is EX31 2BG and SatNav GPS 51.07236 N : 4.071786 W. It is the
Parish Church for the part of Barnstaple to the west of the river, including the edge of Bickington and all of Roundswell.
We are easy to reach by car, bus, on foot or by cycle. The easiest way is to simply find your way to the
West side of the town and follow signs for Petroc (formerly known as North Devon College) as the church is
just 70 yards before it after rounding the corner into Old Sticklepath Hill. We have a private car park and there
are two bus stops within easy walking distance of the church.
There is no longer any vehicular access from the bottom of the hill (which has additional parking) but a
brisk walk up the hill, past Petroc will bring you to our doors. The Vicarage is almost opposite Petroc.

The Church may also be reached by footpath through the gilded arch gateway on Sticklepath Hill, up the path and round the Church Green. It was consecrated in 1956. The hall behind was the original dual purpose hall/chapel of ease linked to St.Peter's before becoming a separate parish, expanding later its boundaries as Roundswell was built.
